Comprehensive warranty coverage for ASCAM ENTERPRISE software and hardware. We stand behind every product we deliver.

1 Software Warranty

RFID LAGI LLC provides continuous software support and warranty throughout your active license period:

  • Free updates including new features, improvements, and bug fixes
  • Technical support hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 16:00
  • Response time: within 2 business hours
  • Issue resolution: within 24 business hours
  • Remote support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar tools
  • Unlimited support requests during your license period

2 Hardware Warranty

Equipment Warranty Period
IP Packing Camera (RTSP) 12 months from activation date
Barcode / Label Scanner Camera 12 months
Signal Lights 12 months
Barcode Scanners 12 months
Camera Mounts & Brackets 6 months

1-for-1 replacement within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is found.

3 Warranty Conditions

Products are covered under warranty when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Product is within the warranty period
  • Used according to manufacturer guidelines and intended purpose
  • No physical damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure
  • Warranty seal intact and unaltered
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or contract) available

4 What is NOT Covered

  • Products past the warranty expiration date
  • Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Damage from natural disasters, fire, flooding, or lightning
  • Products repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties
  • Warranty seals that are torn, faded, or tampered with
  • Damage caused by power surges or unstable electrical supply

  • Lifetime technical guidance for all products purchased from us
  • Preferential pricing when upgrading to newer equipment
