1 Software Warranty
RFID LAGI LLC provides continuous software support and warranty throughout your active license period:
- Free updates including new features, improvements, and bug fixes
- Technical support hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 16:00
- Response time: within 2 business hours
- Issue resolution: within 24 business hours
- Remote support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar tools
- Unlimited support requests during your license period
2 Hardware Warranty

1-for-1 replacement within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is found.
3 Warranty Conditions
Products are covered under warranty when all of the following conditions are met:
- Product is within the warranty period
- Used according to manufacturer guidelines and intended purpose
- No physical damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure
- Warranty seal intact and unaltered
- Proof of purchase (invoice or contract) available
4 What is NOT Covered
- Products past the warranty expiration date
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Damage from natural disasters, fire, flooding, or lightning
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties
- Warranty seals that are torn, faded, or tampered with
- Damage caused by power surges or unstable electrical supply
