What is ASCAM ENTERPRISE?
ASCAM ENTERPRISE (also known as ECAM) is a video recording software designed for e-commerce packing stations. It automatically records the packaging process for every order, linked by barcode or QR code, so you have video evidence to resolve disputes.
What platforms does ASCAM work with?
ASCAM works with all e-commerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki, Amazon, and any marketplace that uses barcode-based order tracking.
What is the difference between ECAM Extend and ECAM Ultimate?
ECAM Extend supports up to 2 cameras per station and includes basic KPI reporting. ECAM Ultimate supports up to 4 cameras, adds multi-station live monitoring, advanced analytics, role-based access control, and video sharing via link.
Can ASCAM integrate with my existing warehouse management system?
ASCAM works independently via barcode/QR scanning. It does not require integration with your WMS, but can export data in CSV format for manual import if needed.
Pricing
How much does ASCAM cost?
ECAM Extend costs $100/year per station. ECAM Ultimate costs $170/year per station. Hardware kit is $60/station for Economy and $125/station for Standard.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a self-service free trial, but we provide free on-site or remote demos where you can see the software in action with your actual products and barcodes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 10+ stations. Contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. For enterprise orders, we offer flexible payment terms including monthly installments.
Deployment
How long does it take to deploy ASCAM?
A single station can be set up in 30 minutes. For large deployments (20+ stations), we typically complete installation and training within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide on-site installation?
Yes, for orders of 5+ stations in Vietnam, we provide free on-site installation and training. For international customers, we offer remote setup support via video call.
Can I use my existing cameras?
ASCAM works with most standard IP cameras (RTSP compatible). However, we recommend our pre-tested cameras for optimal image quality and reliability.
How much storage space do I need?
On average, each station generates about 5-10 GB of video per day depending on order volume and video quality settings. We recommend using external hard drives for long-term storage.
Technical
What operating systems does ASCAM support?
ASCAM runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not currently supported.
Does ASCAM require an internet connection?
No, ASCAM works offline on your local network. An internet connection is only needed for software updates and the optional video sharing feature.
How do I search for a specific order video?
You can search by order number, barcode, date range, employee name, or station number. Results appear instantly and you can play the video directly in the software.
What happens if a camera disconnects during recording?
ASCAM detects camera disconnection and alerts the operator immediately. The video recorded up to that point is saved. Recording resumes automatically when the camera reconnects.
